Welcome to Pack & Go. By using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2.1 Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the improved advance payment (usually 30%) is received.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.
2.3 Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Kashmir or as agreed upon with your travel consultant.
* In case of cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest), we will try to accommodate rescheduling.
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry valid identification (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport). Foreign nationals must carry their passport and valid Indian visa at all times.
Pack & Go acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay due to natural calamities, strikes, or service provider negligence. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Kashmir.
